Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece from Mademoiselle Lourdes, but we understand that sometimes things may not go exactly as expected. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Exchanges
• Exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or alterations, and with all original tags attached.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or send you a new piece, depending on your preference.
Returns
• If you wish to return your purchase, please request it within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Defective Items
• If your piece shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
• After reviewing the issue, you may choose between a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Shipping Costs
• For size or model exchanges, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
• In cases of wrong items or defective products, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
